Website terms & disclaimer

Informational use only
This website provides general information about process-serving services offered by Served By Spicer. It is not a law firm, and the website, its forms, and any preliminary communications do not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
No assignment until written confirmation
Submitting a form, leaving a message, sending documents, or requesting a quote does not mean an assignment has been accepted. An assignment is accepted only after scope, service address, timing, attempt plan, fees, payment terms, and any special instructions have been confirmed. Do not assume a deadline is being monitored until acceptance is confirmed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing complete, accurate, and lawful documents, addresses, recipient information, deadlines, and instructions.
- Determining which documents must be served, who must receive them, which service method is legally permitted, and when service must be completed.
- Disclosing known access restrictions, safety concerns, protected persons, court orders, or other facts material to fieldwork.
- Reviewing completion records promptly and obtaining advice from a qualified attorney or the court when legal interpretation is needed.
No guarantee of outcome
A recipient may be absent, unidentified, inaccessible, evasive, or no longer associated with an address. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, fees compensate the agreed work and attempts—not a guaranteed service result. Timing estimates may be affected by weather, access, safety, traffic, inaccurate information, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Website accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information useful and current but do not promise that every page is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Service coverage, availability, policies, and pricing may change. Written assignment terms take priority over general website content.
Third-party links
Links to courts, certification directories, or other third parties are provided for convenience. Served By Spicer does not control or endorse all third-party content and is not responsible for their sites, security, accuracy, or availability.
Permitted use
You may use this website to learn about services and submit legitimate inquiries. You may not use it to harass another person, transmit unlawful or malicious content, test security without permission, impersonate someone, interfere with the site, or submit information you are not authorized to share.
